Key Responsibilities

•Work with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to identify and address operational issues across product/service releases and changes.
•Ensure service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives are met for delivered software solutions.
•Automate the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team.
•Stay current on tools and technologies, including cyber security and regulations covering data privacy, consent, and data residency.
•Support project needs including travel and flexibility for weekend or late-hour work.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in API development and knowledge of HSBC API development standards.
•Experience managing significant risks and resolving problems.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams.
•Proficiency in verbal and written English, including email communication and reporting.
•Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery, with excellent problem-solving and user support skills.
