Job Summary

Drive healthcare strategy and planning advisory for NHS and private-sector clients as part of the WSP Healthcare Strategy & Planning team. Lead delivery and performance of projects across varying scopes, manage commissions and teams, and act as a client relationship manager. Support new business goals through tender responses and presentations, while using healthcare analytics, modelling, and evidence reviews to develop service models, proposals, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and perform healthcare strategy and planning advisory services, managing projects and leading teams or working within teams on major commissions.
•Develop healthcare strategy and planning expertise through quality-assured processes and procedures for client service delivery.
•Lead clinical stakeholder engagement sessions and manage engagement programmes for client work.
•Use data analytics and modelling to assess health service needs and demands at multiple levels and scales.
•Contribute to new business development by preparing tender responses, supporting bid work, and delivering presentations for new opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Extensive knowledge of health services and/or health facilities gained through clinical practice, health providers, or professional healthcare project work.
•Ability to deliver technical inputs including strategic analysis, demand and capacity modelling, models of care, and schedules of accommodation.
•Strong client relationship management skills, acting as client relationship manager for individuals and managing issues for existing and new clients.
•Facilitation capability to lead clinical stakeholder engagement sessions and manage engagement programmes.
•Excellent writing skills for reports, briefs, business cases, and peer reviewing for accuracy and quality.
