Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, review, validate, and structure business data for interpretation and statistical predictive analysis.
  • •Conduct data analysis to support business recommendations (e.g., forecasting, predictive analysis, what-if and impact analysis).
  • •Own data cleansing and accuracy for data elements used publicly, ensuring data quality/integrity.
  • •Develop, modify, and automate reports; iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale.
  • •Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and train self-service reporting capability using BI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (degree verification required prior to starting if obtained within nine months).
  • •Intermediate-level experience with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, MATLAB).
  • •Experience articulating product/business questions and performing in-depth analysis using relational databases and statistical tools (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SQL).
  • •Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools such as Webi, Analysis, Lumira, or Tableau.
  • •Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including communicating complex data to nontechnical audiences.
