Job Summary

Own end-to-end semiconductor production supply planning, analyzing supply-demand gaps and driving root-cause actions to meet supply targets from wafer fab through final finishing and pack-out. Manage OSAT throughput and efficiency, maintain planning parameters, and collaborate with engineering to improve supply plans and execution. Simulate NPI and sustaining scenarios using capacity, yield/IR/UPH, BOM, and process flow metrics, while tracking supply capability, WIP movement, cycle time, and aged materials across OSATs.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and close supply gaps.
•Provide end-to-end ownership for products/projects, meeting production supply targets from wafer fab to final finishing goods pack-out.
•Manage OSATs to drive throughput and efficiency.
•Manage planning parameters and collaborate with ENG/IE to improve supply plan and supply execution.
•Simulate NPI/sustaining scenarios, track supply capability for risk mitigation, and manage WIP movement/cycle time/aged materials; coordinate cross-functional actions to recover from excursions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering/production control.
•3–6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control under a supply chain organization.
•Experience in outsourcing/OSAT management/design house related work.
•Able to clearly and fluently communicate verbally and in writing in English and Chinese.
