Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance with proper documentation.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Legal to align on Client Incentive funds and provide contract visibility for execution.
  • •Validate project details and documentation in the system prior to submission, acting as the SME for contracts and providing guidance when needed.
  • •Support revenue recognition by ensuring it’s done timely in financial systems, governing controls around revenue recognition and accounting policy for contracts.
  • •Execute standard reporting and data sharing and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree and an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, CA/ICWA).
  • •Preferred: 4+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
  • •Detail-oriented with proven ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel modules (e.g., Power Query) and Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
