Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - 10th & Main

Provide industry-leading client service in branch and by phone while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Deliver consultative conversations to identify financial needs, recommend deposit/credit/convenience products, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train for teller duties, meet service and branch sales targets, and advance product and sales knowledge through trainings. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
