Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain technical proficiency regarding US Army Mission Command Information (MCIS) systems and deliver mission command training aligned to unit objectives and event/exercise plans.
  • •Develop Training Support Packages (TSP) and comprehensive operational procedures integrating simulations/stimulation systems with MCIS systems.
  • •Design and create training scenarios for simulations/stimulation systems to support unit training objectives.
  • •Configure equipment and software applications, conduct end-to-end Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and troubleshoot/modify systems as required for training events.
  • •Deliver small, medium, and large collective training events/exercises and participate in event/exercise lifecycle management (planning, preparation, execution, recovery, and AAR).

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience supporting US Army staff operations within US Army activities; if no degree, eight (8) years’ relevant experience is required.
  • •Must currently possess a Secret clearance and be able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
  • •Develop training methods and materials (curriculum, lectures, and computer-based training aids) based on client/user specifications.
  • •Maintain technical proficiency regarding US Army Mission Command Information (MCIS) systems.
  • •Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and climb ladders to configure network/power cabling.
