Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage business requirements and implement IT solutions in international projects related to OTC processes.
  • •Support SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs and integrations for Sika companies and acquisitions across EMEA.
  • •Collaborate on SAP OTC template design and rollout program.
  • •Conduct process reviews and adjustments during transformation from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard.
  • •Handle process enquiries, perform error analysis, coordinate corrective measures, and support design/implementation of new processes and system changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration or comparable qualification.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in the OTC domain, including at least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design.
  • •Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end corporate value chain sales processes (OTC) in an industrial environment.
  • •Ability to work independently with strong analytical, structured, and communication skills in English.
