Drive AI value creation across several strategic, PE-backed growth accounts. Own account outcomes by quantifying ROI/EBITDA impact and translating frontline results into executive reporting. Diagnose performance gaps across technology, people, and process, and lead expansion into additional AI products and locations. Partner closely with the CEO on the value creation narrative and lead cross-functional on-account teams to deliver measurable adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own outcomes for each account, ensuring locations get the highest value from their AI products and reporting ROI/EBITDA impact and other metrics.
•Diagnose why locations outperform or lag, then close gaps across technology, people, and process.
•Drive account expansion into more AI products and more locations, progressing accounts toward the platform.
•Support the CEO on executive relationships by owning prep, the value story, and day-to-day interactions with customer leadership.
•Direct the on-account execution team (implementation, customer success, forward-deployed engineers) while staying accountable for overall outcomes and feeding learnings back to product, engineering, and operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years across PE value creation or operating roles, top-tier consulting (MBB), or strategy/operations in trades, industrials, or field services.
•Proven track record of measurable impact (EBITDA, margin, revenue, or operational improvement) driven through execution.
•Strong customer obsession—focus on making customers better off and taking action to ensure results.
•Strong executive presence with operators and senior leaders, including building executive-ready materials.
•Comfortable working with data to pull numbers, build models, and communicate insights via polished slides.
