Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations and foster a Culture of Safety.
  • •Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements (including cost reduction, asset utilization, and team balancing).
  • •Coordinate and execute predictive/preventative maintenance plans and ensure asset reliability performance targets are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
  • •Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production, or related field, or Bachelors’ degree preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage production planning and daily/weekly scheduling to meet delivery schedules and budgeted cost/efficiency expectations.
  • •Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment (welding is a plus).
  • •Ensure training plans for production and maintenance staff are in place and followed.
