Conference, Sales & Events Manager

Lead the end-to-end conference, sales, and events process for a resort, managing the Events Team while driving enquiries to execution. Qualify leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities to meet conferencing and events targets. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, manage profitability through budgeting and P&L reporting, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and deliver exceptional on-site event execution aligned with brand standards.
