Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured, multi-persona discovery to uncover customer goals, KPIs, constraints, and decision dynamics, and partner with Enterprise Sales on deal quality and qualification rigor.
  • •Translate customer needs into technical and business solution designs, including scoped services engagements and value-focused demos and POCs.
  • •Own AI risk management across feasibility, data evaluation/readiness, and solution adoption while coordinating rollout structure, success conditions, and first-value execution.
  • •Monitor adoption and success metrics, run structured check-ins and QBRs to articulate delivered value, and resolve escalations to address systemic issues.
  • •Maintain a use-case pipeline for account expansion, support forecasting by partnering with Sales, and provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering based on real deployment experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent German language skills for a public sector-focused territory.
  • •Software engineering background with significant experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Technical Implementation.
  • •Strong commercial capability to craft and deliver tailored value messaging and contribute to revenue closure.
  • •Practical Python skills for scripting, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with AI/ML workflows (fine-tuning, data preparation, model evaluation, RAG) and hands-on skills with data and SQL.
