Job Summary

Guide public sector customers from first conversation through long-term value by leading multi-persona discovery, designing scoped AI solutions and services, and proving business impact with demos and POCs. Act as the orchestration layer across the delivery lifecycle—driving “first value,” rollout success conditions, and adoption metrics. Own AI risk management, run QBRs, support value expansion, and translate real deployment learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead structured, multi-persona discovery to uncover customer goals, KPIs, constraints, and decision dynamics, and partner with Enterprise Sales on deal quality and qualification rigor.
•Translate customer needs into technical and business solution designs, including scoped services engagements and value-focused demos and POCs.
•Own AI risk management across feasibility, data evaluation/readiness, and solution adoption while coordinating rollout structure, success conditions, and first-value execution.
•Monitor adoption and success metrics, run structured check-ins and QBRs to articulate delivered value, and resolve escalations to address systemic issues.
•Maintain a use-case pipeline for account expansion, support forecasting by partnering with Sales, and provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering based on real deployment experience.
