Key Responsibilities

•Engineer, operate, and continuously enhance the Nexthink platform, including collectors, engines, dashboards, campaigns, alerts, and roles.
•Ensure Nexthink platform stability, performance, data accuracy, privacy, and security; manage access, RBAC, and governance.
•Design, develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions for proactive and reactive remediation across Windows and macOS.
•Build dashboards and investigations to monitor device health, application experience, network quality, and user sentiment using NQL.
•Identify issues suitable for automation or remediation, partner with product/engineering/MSP teams to evolve the DEX roadmap, and contribute to standards and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,400 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT work experience.
•5+ years in a total IT environment, including 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting technology infrastructure.
•Hands-on experience with the Nexthink platform, including Remote Actions, dashboards/investigations, and campaigns/alerts.
•Strong scripting skills with PowerShell (Windows) and Bash/Shell (macOS preferred), plus endpoint experience (Windows, macOS, VDI).
•Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and automation integrations.
