Job Summary

Operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete safely and on time to job sites and company locations in industrial and residential settings. Perform daily pre- and post-trip DOT inspections, handle loading and unloading of materials, and maintain accurate mileage and delivery records. Follow safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies, perform minor maintenance, and provide professional, courteous service to customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
•Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
•Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
•Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
•Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws; perform minor truck maintenance.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
•3+ years’ experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
•Pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check; hold a valid DOT medical card.
•Commitment to safe work practices and PPE usage; willing to work up to 6 days a week and nights/weekends as needed.
