•Embed operational rigor across all workflows, controls, and reporting; serve as escalation point for complex delivery or governance issues with swift resolution and minimal disruption
•Design staffing models that map marketing talent efficiently across all workstreams and ensure alignment with strategy and funding
•Connect the dots between strategy, funding, execution, and performance through clear processes and workflows
•Eliminate funding friction by streamlining how marketing work gets approved and activated
•Drive governance frameworks, risk management, and supplier management to scale marketing investments while maintaining regulatory compliance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,575 - 229,600 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in marketing operations, transformation, creative technology, consulting, or platform strategy roles
•Proven experience designing complex systems across tools and partners
•Proven ability to design, embed and govern operational processes at scale, including tool adoption and change management programs
•Strong understanding of modern MarTech, creative tools, automation, and AI enabled platforms
•Ability to influence without direct ownership and clear communication translating between executives, technologists, creatives, and vendors
