Lead and evolve the Visual & Sound eXperience (VSX) sales organization across Key Account Management, Regional Sales, and Sales Operations. Key Responsibilities

•Strategically lead and develop the Visual & Sound eXperience (VSX) sales organization across Key Account Management, Regional Sales, and Sales Operations.
•Create and implement sell-out and omnichannel strategies for TV, Monitor & Audio to grow sustainably and strengthen market position.
•Manage revenue, profit, and budget targets using data-driven sales steering including forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
•Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with retail partners and lead complex executive-level negotiations.
•Analyze market, consumer, and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities and advance the go-to-market strategy, including leading and developing teams.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
•Multi-year leadership experience in B2C sales within the consumer electronics or hardware industry, ideally TV & Audio.
•Proven success leading large sales organizations with sustainable revenue and market-share growth.
•Strong understanding of modern omnichannel, retail, and go-to-market strategies.
•Experience with forecasting, budget control, and performance management, plus executive-level negotiation and stakeholder management.
