Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Pay-In (B2B) owns Pay-In and AR processes for Agoda’s B2B partner flows, ensuring accurate and timely booking-to-cash accounting, reconciliation, and reporting while supporting new product and partner launches. Leads day-to-day Pay-In and AR operations, invoicing and cash application, end-to-end reconciliation, and SOX controls. Bangkok-based with relocation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Run day-to-day Pay-In & AR operations for B2B flows, including bookings, invoicing, receipts, settlements, write-offs, and reclasses; ensure data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
•Manage B2B invoicing and cash application; reconcile cash receipts vs invoices and settlement reports for B2B partners; resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.
•Lead end-to-end reconciliation between booking systems, B2B invoicing, and general ledger; monitor CIT aging and clear recon breaks with Finance, Tech, and Product teams.
•Support new B2B products, partners, and projects; participate in user acceptance testing and provide operational input on processes and controls.
•Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance; prepare reconciliations and evidence for audits; drive continuous improvement of Pay-In & AR processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•3–4 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance Operations, preferably with exposure to Pay‑In, AR, or revenue reconciliation; and/or B2B, affiliate, or payment operations (e.g., gateways, card settlements, invoicing).
•Experience in a multinational company; travel / e‑commerce / online platform industry is a plus.
•Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
•Experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and month‑end closing; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); comfortable with large data sets and multiple systems; English communication.
