Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of branch operations in Jetson’s new Portland market, building the team and operations from scratch. Lead daily scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance while owning the P&L and developing the playbook. Recruit, coach, and develop HVAC, electrical, and administrative staff; manage vendors and local partnerships. Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and report regularly to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of the Jetson Portland branch, including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance.
•Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, project coordinators, and administrative staff from the ground up.
•Lead from the front each day, upholding Jetson culture and ensuring hiring of top talent.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the field force to deliver the best customer experience.
•Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, establish local partnerships, and handle regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

•Modern leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated track record of success.
•Proficiency in business software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace, with experience using tools including AI to improve daily operations.
