Key Responsibilities

  • •Own procurement processes for designated areas and accounts and lead site supplier performance and relationships.
  • •Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs and support sourcing success through supplier performance visibility.
  • •Participate and/or lead development and implementation of category strategies and projects, including cost reduction and supply base optimization.
  • •Support capital budgeting and cash flow management and execute Global Procurement strategies.
  • •Handle cost saving initiatives and implement cost savings and process improvement programs, including supporting site audits.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation, with ability to manage multiple large-scale sourcing projects concurrently.
  • •Proficient in MS Office and able to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • •Demonstrated negotiation skills and proven problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting effectively with diverse executives and subject matter experts.
