Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, quality assure (QA), and process regular client rebate payments in line with agreed timelines.
  • •Prepare, review, and initiate reinvestment rebate transactions.
  • •Ensure all related cash and fund movements are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • •Calculate, prepare, and QA both initial and renewal commission payments.
  • •Set up rebates in accordance with Terms of Business (TOB) on core rebate systems (FRA and MFTA).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of rebates and commissions processes.
  • •Proven ability to review, analyse, and resolve complex issues while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • •Ability to work independently and use initiative to drive tasks to completion.
  • •Strong verbal reasoning and numerical skills (essential).
