Job Summary

Senior Analyst responsible for end-to-end calculation and processing of rebates and commissions within deadlines. Performs QA reviews, ensures regulatory and client service standards, collaborates across jurisdictions, and reports KPIs. Works with India-based teams and multiple internal departments to maintain accuracy and timely processing in Transfer Agency.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, quality assure (QA), and process regular client rebate payments in line with agreed timelines.
•Prepare, review, and initiate reinvestment rebate transactions.
•Ensure all related cash and fund movements are completed accurately and within deadlines.
•Calculate, prepare, and QA both initial and renewal commission payments.
•Set up rebates in accordance with Terms of Business (TOB) on core rebate systems (FRA and MFTA).

Key Requirements

•Strong working knowledge of rebates and commissions processes.
•Proven ability to review, analyse, and resolve complex issues while working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
•Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
•Ability to work independently and use initiative to drive tasks to completion.
•Strong verbal reasoning and numerical skills (essential).
