Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the evaluation and benefits management work area.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships and provide strategic advice to public and private sector stakeholders and infrastructure operators.
  • •Provide oversight for delivery of complex evaluation and benefits management projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned to best practice.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparation of bids and proposals and collaboration on multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of the evaluation and benefits management team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience working in evaluation and benefits management.
  • •Higher degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • •Chartered status or membership in professional bodies (e.g., CIHT, TPS, UK Evaluation Society).
  • •Practical experience applying mixed methods, including theory-based and experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation design.
  • •Proven expertise designing and implementing Benefits Management, with strong analytical capabilities for complex datasets and statistical analysis.
