Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and mentor a team of business process engineers and manage budgets, resources, and staffing.
  • •Develop and execute manufacturing engineering and operations initiatives from ideation through targeted pilots and broad roll-out.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand workflow pain points, and champion best practices across global manufacturing teams.
  • •Own new business processes for manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering, balancing standardization with adaptability and aligning milestones with integrated program schedules.
  • •Identify program improvement areas and provide actionable recommendations, guidance on feasibility and risk for new manufacturing projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, design engineering, business process development, change management, project/program management, or engineering transformation.
  • •8+ years of experience overall in relevant domains.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • •Understanding of the product lifecycle (design/development/production) and manufacturing readiness across phases.
  • •Familiar with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Test Execution Systems (TES), and must be a U.S. Person for required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
