•Leads the strategy implementation for third party risk management, and owns the policy framework for TPRM across Zurich.
•Review and interpret other overlapping functional policies, consider new changes to regulations and implement changes.
•Nurture cross-functional collaboration using their strong networks.
•Provide support consultation within the role for other Group third party initiatives.
•Iool technology (IT strategy for TPRM technology landscape) with a focus on automation, globally consistent to enable clear reporting and push to predictive analytics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
•Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, outsourcing, vendor management, or third-party governance
•Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier lifecycle management
•Experience in outsourcing governance, vendor risk assessment, and contract management
•Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements related to outsourcing and procurement (e.g., internal policies, risk frameworks)
