  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately while handling assigned monies and records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring to specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
