Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead country-level logistics procurement and business development across Europe, managing supplier sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, contracting, and performance for customs clearance, trucking, and last-mile delivery.
  • •Develop procurement strategies and resource allocation plans aligned with business growth and network expansion goals to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • •Perform market analysis, supplier evaluation, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations to optimize pricing and service terms.
  • •Build expertise across customs clearance, transportation, and delivery operations to improve pricing structures, settlement models, and partnership frameworks.
  • •Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships and a scalable supplier management framework, monitoring performance, running business reviews, and handling onboarding and exit management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in logistics business, logistics procurement, supply chain management, or related business development.
  • •Knowledge of European logistics service models, including customs clearance, truck transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and cost/resource awareness to independently run complex supplier cooperation projects.
  • •Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders.
  • •Preferred: experience managing European e-commerce logistics networks and/or local logistics providers (customs brokers, carriers, last-mile partners).
