Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage end-to-end demand forecasting, including seasonal and monthly processes, for assigned business portions.
  • •Lead global consolidation of seasonal forecasts and share insights with finance, sales, and merchandising to align with brand strategy.
  • •Develop seasonal carry-over plans and lead seasonal Merchandise Financial Plan (MFP) and Regions Open-to-Buy (OTB) support.
  • •Optimize planning systems and programs by maintaining forecast accuracy and overseeing initiatives such as Quick Turn, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Sales Replenishment.
  • •Manage forecasting updates into Logility, measure forecast accuracy using KPIs (e.g., MAPE & BIAS), and run monthly demand reviews and ad hoc analyses.

Salary: USD 79,200 - 99,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree with a preferred concentration in Planning, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • •APICS or IBF certifications are a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables) and experience with Power BI.
  • •Knowledge of reporting tools (Cognos/Brio/SAP) and strong forecasting system experience (a plus).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners using data.
