Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the full-cycle permitting schedule, align with the project master plan, track progress, and issue early warnings with rolling updates.
  • •Lead the application and obtain pre-construction administrative approvals, including planning, EIA, fire design review, and construction permit.
  • •Coordinate project completion and handover phase permitting, including fire acceptance, EIA “Three Simultaneities” acceptance, planning verification, and final completion filing.
  • •Establish and maintain routine communication channels with key regulatory authorities, including housing and urban-rural development, environmental protection, and planning bureaus.
  • •Coordinate the collection, compliance review, and archiving of permitting documents from all project participants to ensure end-to-end integrity and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of project permitting experience in construction, including at least one full-cycle industrial factory project from site preparation to completion filing.
  • •Familiar with the full permitting process and documentation requirements for industrial factory projects.
  • •Ability to read and interpret site plans and architectural construction drawings.
  • •Established communication channels with key regulatory authorities (housing, environmental, planning bureaus) is a plus.
