Job Summary

Build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem across the Gulf/MENA to drive adoption of BytePlus AI image and video solutions. Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners (agencies, SIs, media firms, and cloud providers), then lead co-selling motions into enterprise and public-sector accounts. Own partner pipeline and revenue performance, track KPIs and MDF utilization, develop joint go-to-market plans with cloud partners, and represent the company at key partner and executive engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate adoption of AI image and video solutions.
•Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable partners (agencies, System Integrators, media firms, and cloud providers) to sell BytePlus solutions effectively.
•Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts, opening new relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
•Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production and disrupt existing workflows.
•Own end-to-end partner lifecycle and pipeline performance, including tracking partner KPIs and MDF utilization, building joint go-to-market plans with cloud partners, and collaborating with internal sales/pre-sales to co-sell and close opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management, including building new routes to market from the ground up.
•5+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner management, with experience building and scaling cloud partnerships.
•Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions, including commercial acumen for structuring joint business cases.
•Excellent stakeholder management skills across partner and internal teams.
•Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models.
