Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement HR programs with business teams, supporting talent management, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention.
  • •Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide coaching and guidance on routine HR matters.
  • •Execute HR processes including onboarding & orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, benefits management (annual enrollment), and HR reporting.
  • •Advise managers on policy interpretation and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, partnering with compliance/legal as needed.
  • •Conduct workplace investigations, support exit processes and employee transactions, and assist with retention and engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of HR experience in an HR business partner environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidentiality and professional ethics.
  • •Experience with conflict resolution, progressive HR project work, and administering performance management and benefits.
