Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to the TVH Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and comply with regulatory and accreditation standards (JCIA).
  • •Collaborate with OLAR and Risk Management to meet MoPH regulatory and licensing requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
  • •Supervise and develop the quality program for the work unit and represent the department in accreditation inspections.
  • •Manage staff developing and implementing patient safety programs, including overseeing investigations of safety-related incidents and planning resolutions.
  • •Maintain and analyze patient-related error records, recommend policy/program changes to prevent future errors, and design and present patient-safety training programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: Certification in Healthcare Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of the accreditation process in an acute healthcare facility, with emphasis on JCI.
  • •Excellent multitasking skills.
