Key Responsibilities

•Drive client coverage, execution, and solutions across precious metals spot, financing, and derivatives.
•Identify new business and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other Markets and Banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
•Coordinate client onboarding and documentation, including drafting and negotiation of derivatives, leasing, and clearing documentation.
•Develop and execute product enhancements by analyzing client needs and market trends to grow revenue and optimize capital/credit usage.
•Maintain adherence to regulatory, compliance, and financial crime risk standards, with focus on controls governing physical precious metals activities.

Key Requirements

•Strong academic record with a good University degree and relevant professional experience.
•5–10 years’ experience in a client-facing role in commodities/precious metals or related markets, ideally with exposure to commodity structuring and financing.
•Strong knowledge of financial products and derivatives, with experience covering corporate and/or institutional clients.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential (other languages advantageous).
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple segments and geographies, with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
