Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process, including medication administration and therapeutic/rehabilitative plan implementation
  • •Assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and physical condition to identify normal vs. abnormal characteristics
  • •Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against patient care goals, and recommending adjustments
  • •Plan and implement patient care, including reporting, referrals, and initiation of emergency procedures when indicated
  • •Perform clinical procedures (e.g., skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, peripheral venous access) and accurately document care in the electronic medical record

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • •5–7 years of relevant work experience (10 years total work experience)
  • •Ability to interpret and apply nursing standards to comply with QCHP, Joint Commission International, and other regulatory requirements
  • •Advanced patient assessment and safety/risk management to differentiate normal vs. abnormal conditions and intervene to provide a safe environment
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support success in the role
