•Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design.
•AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel.
•Creative Outreach: Craft highly personalized, technically compelling outreach.
•Deep Research: Map talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), startups, and niche communities to find undiscovered talent.
•Full Lifecycle Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and engineering leads to calibrate profiles and refine search strategy in real time.

Pay and Benefits

•Self-directed, adaptable, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced engineering environment.
•Experience using ATS/tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem; comfortable with AI-driven sourcing and data-driven iteration.
