Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate pre-employment processes and support onboarding, including documentation and offer letter/contract preparation
  • •Manage onboarding coordination with IT, Finance, and business teams and ensure new joiners are set up in HR systems
  • •Maintain accurate employee data across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for HR system issues
  • •Troubleshoot HR system problems, coordinate with vendors, and support integrations and feature rollouts
  • •Support engagement, L&D, and performance operations by tracking timelines, preparing reports, and pulling data for decision-making

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations role
  • •Hands-on experience with HR tools (Darwinbox or Team Tailor experience is a plus)
  • •Comfortable working with Excel and HR data
  • •Strong communication and coordination skills
  • •Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable working independently to solve problems
