Job Summary

Build applied AI features for the industrial supply chain, wiring frontier models and existing AI agents into Traba’s product. You’ll automate workflows across the staffing marketplace—worker vetting, matching, and fulfillment—while also shipping product-engineering work like payments and UI. Partner with the CTO, join the founding team, and help architect core systems spanning real-time matching and agent-powered pipelines across apps and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply existing agents and frontier models across the stack to automate worker vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
•Write and review high-quality code across React Native, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
•Architect core systems, including real-time matching and autonomous worker-vetting pipelines powered by ML and agents.
•Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive UIs.
•Take product priorities end-to-end by wiring agents into the parts of the platform where they create the most leverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years with TypeScript, React/React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.

•You wire frontier models and existing agents into real product across the stack, focusing on reliable automation.
•Strong front-end chops, including React Native experience or desire to learn.
•Comfort working in an early-stage team with ambiguity and fast iteration.
