Job Summary

Own end-to-end product design for consumer mobile apps, websites, and web applications in a greenfield AI Products team. Drive product explorations from early ambiguity through “0 to 1” creation, collaborating with PM and engineering while shipping and iterating based on real usage. Raise design craft across the org through your work and feedback, and build systems-thinking experiences across mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product design end to end for consumer end-user software across mobile apps, websites, and web applications.
•Take products from 0 to 1, working on problems that don’t yet exist in any form.
•Run product explorations by sketching directions, pressure-testing them with the team, and killing weak ones early.
•Work with minimal direction, using PM and engineering context and shipping/iterating based on how people use the product.
•Raise the bar on craft across the org through your work and feedback on other designers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product design experience (12–15 realistically).
•Products you’ve designed that are live and used by customers, with examples of decisions and iteration.
•Proven “0→1” experience building the first version of something, not just iterating on mature products.
•Strong systems thinking across mobile and web, including when to share patterns across platforms.
•Comfort working with ambiguity without fully scoped tickets, plus a portfolio showing your thinking.
