Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of software procurement, from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through contract negotiation, renewal, and ongoing vendor management.
  • •Develop software sourcing strategies by partnering with Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Operations; evaluate technology solutions and licensing models to optimize cost, functionality, and vendor performance.
  • •Own indirect procurement for enterprise software, SaaS applications, cloud services, and technology subscriptions, and support other indirect spend categories.
  • •Analyze software and indirect spend to evaluate supplier performance, identify consolidation opportunities, optimize licensing, and develop sourcing alternatives to reduce total cost of ownership.
  • •Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and software licensing agreements; evaluate suppliers and manage renewals, compliance, and obligations across the vendor lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or comparable experience).
  • •Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software procurement, strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, vendor management, or related supply chain disciplines.
  • •Experience negotiating software licensing agreements, SaaS subscriptions, and cloud services/commercial technology contracts.
  • •Strong analytical skills evaluating spend data, software utilization, licensing models, and supplier performance.
  • •Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
