Provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
