Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of Avigilon Unity Video and Access Control environments.
  • •Plan and execute large-scale system upgrades across client sites, including licensing validation and firmware/software updates.
  • •Provide technical expertise for video and access control components, including site audits, system certifications, and acceptance test plans.
  • •Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root causes, review logs, deploy fixes, and suggest preventative measures; respond to outages and incidents with support teams.
  • •Set up and test advanced analytics, lead in-person/remote demonstrations, and produce formal PM reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma/certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
  • •Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, or CompTIA A+ (or similar).
  • •5+ years of field experience in a Video Management System (VMS) and Access Control (ACM) environment.
  • •Strong networking and system design knowledge with experience in large-scale, multi-site or mission-critical environments.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no work permit sponsorship).
