Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative

Manage multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts to ensure timely, accurate renewals that protect and grow the customer base. Engage directly with customers on renewal discussions, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, and execute end-to-end renewal motions using CRM tools and playbooks. Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to support cross-sell, seat expansion, and retention actions, including coordination with customer procurement teams.
