Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate data into consumable, actionable narratives and regularly consult with stakeholders including senior leadership to share results and recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations to assess performance and identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • •Explore and segment data to identify key drivers; design and build models, dashboards, and visualizations to support Product teams.
  • •Design split tests, interpret results, and communicate broader implications.
  • •Take ownership of the product track to enable and empower the evolving customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Computational Math, Econometrics, Engineering, or a similar field from an accredited undergraduate institution (required).
  • •1-3+ years of experience in analytics or quantitative practices in data warehouse environments.
  • •Comfort navigating and manipulating large datasets to identify trends and underlying drivers.
  • •Strong experience with SQL.
  • •Familiarity with Python (or R) and experience with A/B testing/experimentation, business strategy or consulting, or statistical analysis (e.g., regression).
