Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop intelligent engineering tools for large-scale recommendation systems, delivering standardized, productized solutions to improve R&D efficiency and engineering quality.
  • •Build AI agent-based development workflow systems, including long-running agents and autonomous task execution, to improve stability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Develop business-metrics-driven gray release systems to support safe, stable, and efficient release strategies and workflows.
  • •Enhance recommendation system observability in complex global environments by establishing end-to-end tracing and improving issue attribution.
  • •Build algorithm engineering toolchains to accelerate experimental model development through production deployment, improving iteration efficiency and delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Solid programming experience in at least one of C, C++, Java, or Golang.
  • •Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, or backend development.
  • •Effective communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous technical environments.
  • •Strong interest in AI agent systems, engineering automation, developer productivity, or infrastructure platforms.
