Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer-focused support and expert assistance for messaging/collaboration issues within M365, including escalations and complex integration problems.
  • •Perform steady-state operations for the messaging infrastructure, including on-call support, handling critical issues, and conducting server maintenance activities.
  • •Administer SharePoint Online architecture and site collection features such as permissions, content types, lists, libraries, workflows, templates, hub sites, managed metadata, search optimization, and retention policies.
  • •Use monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Centre and SharePoint Admin Centre) to track usage, performance, and compliance, and generate reports for management.
  • •Use PowerShell to manage, automate, and script SharePoint and OneDrive environments, and coordinate with Microsoft support to resolve tenant-level issues or outages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience administering and supporting M365 workloads.
  • •Strong knowledge of M365 services and features, including SharePoint Online and Security & Compliance.
  • •Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Microsoft 365 certification.
