Environmental Remediation Area Manager

Oversee a portfolio of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs to deliver against internal and client-facing KPIs. Lead project delivery governance and risk management, run deep-dive reviews to improve performance, and drive adoption of digital tools. Manage and develop a team of about 50, coach project managers, and evaluate performance. Partner with client account and practice leaders on budgets, capture strategies, backlog growth, and profitable delivery. Ensure compliance with AECOM standards and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
