Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate injection molding machines, including horizontal and rotary presses.
  • •Inspect molded parts and identify quality defects such as underfill and flash.
  • •Perform hourly quality inspections and document results.
  • •Use hand tools (side cutters, box cutters, de-flashing tools) and precision gauges/calipers to verify parts.
  • •Perform 5S procedures and ensure hazard-free production area and safe operation; report irregularities or malfunctions to team lead/supervisor.
