Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the annual strategic planning process, assess market/customer/competitive/portfolio opportunities, risks, and ability to win for Cox Auto.
  • •Develop recommendations on where to play, how to win, and what actions to take, including portfolio strategy and ideation across business areas.
  • •Perform quantitative analyses using strategic frameworks, build financial models, and develop TAM/profit pool assessments to inform decisions.
  • •Track strategic execution across lines of business, identify at-risk areas, and develop scorecards/reporting against strategic objectives.
  • •Manage executive leadership team staff meetings by setting agendas, coordinating stakeholders, preparing materials, and communicating market trends and strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree required with 8+ years of relevant strategic planning and/or management consulting experience (MS with 6+ years or 12+ years in lieu of a degree).
  • •Strong analytical, modeling, and research skills, including building financial models and evaluating business drivers and sensitivities.
  • •Ability to interpret complex data and distill insights into concise materials for an executive audience.
  • •Excellent organization and project management skills with clear verbal and written communication.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using AI work tools (e.g., Claude).
