Own regional demand generation for Alexion therapies (aHUS and the potential launch of HSCT-TMA) across major academic centers, hospitals, IDNs, and priority sites of care. Build trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders, create disease-specific account plans, and drive protocol adoption through clinical education, compliant messaging, and coordinated pull-through activities, including formulary and payer access support. Use CRM and AI-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory and indications.
•Develop and execute disease-specific sales account plans by mapping stakeholders, patient journeys, diagnostic workflows, referral pathways, and account factors that influence therapy adoption.
•Drive clinical advocacy and education by building clinical champions across relevant specialties and delivering approved clinical messaging to support brand choice and formulary access.
•Support appropriate product access by educating on fulfillment, payer access policies, reimbursement frameworks, and common operational barriers (e.g., prior authorization).
•Utilize CRM tools and AI-driven insights to manage territory priorities, track engagement, document activities, submit reports, and optimize call execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of experience in specialty pharma, rare disease sales, account management, or complex institutional selling.
•Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, fulfillment pathways, and multi-stakeholder decision-making in hospitals, academic centers, IDNs, and community care settings.
•Proven ability to navigate clinical formulary and access processes and drive treatment pathway adoption and utilization within integrated health systems and institutional accounts.
•Ability to live in the geographic territory or within 50 miles of the territory border and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
