Job Summary

Maintain and improve wet equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations, and use data to monitor tool performance and address issues. Coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs when needed. Partner with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure problems are solved efficiently, and produce technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
•Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
•Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs.
•Monitor and analyze related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address tool-related issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed and prepare technical reports with summary findings and recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule.
•18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Prefer semiconductor experience in Wet.
•Good troubleshooting skills on electrical/mechanical systems.
