Job Summary

We are hiring multiple levels of Traffic Engineers and CAD Designers to work on highway transportation projects in the southern US. Key tasks include signing and pavement markings, traffic signal design, and Signing/Marking design using Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads, with opportunities on large Design/Build and mega-projects in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the planning, design and management of transportation projects, including signing/pavement markings and traffic signals
•Produce and review traffic CAD designs and traffic signal designs using Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads
•Collaborate with project teams on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
•Support signing and pavement marking design, including Interstate design and complex interchanges
•Participate in hybrid work setup, coordinating between remote and in-office teams

•BS Degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience
•2 years of related experience for Junior Level Engineers or demonstrated equivalency
•6 years of related experience for Mid-Level Engineers or demonstrated equivalency
•10 years of related experience for Senior Level Engineers/Task Leads
•EIT Certification or PE License (preferred)
•State DOT experience (preferred)
•Knowledge and prior use of the AASHTO Green Book and MUTCD (preferred)
