Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead transformation initiatives to enhance accounting scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
  • •Work across Accounting and cross-functional teams to uncover efficiency opportunities, including AI use cases, document requirements, and translate complex financial workflows into well-controlled technical solutions.
  • •Identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions (e.g., system workflows, data integrations, reporting tools) to streamline accounting processes.
  • •Use tools such as BlackLine and Alteryx to automate journal entries, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and other accounting activities.
  • •Improve data architecture and reporting consistency across ERP systems, subledgers, and reporting tools, while ensuring completeness and accuracy of data, and alignment between source systems.

Salary: USD 112,800 - 169,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in an accounting or finance systems reporting or data analysis role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • •Experience with BlackLine and building workflows in Alteryx (required).
  • •Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
  • •Experience with AI/LLM tools, automation platforms and RPA (strongly preferred).
